Attorney Dr. Güzide Soydemir Ünayral

Güzide Soydemir Ünayral, after completing her studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Law, obtained the title of "Doctor of Law" in the Department of Commercial Law with her thesis on "Prevention of Unfair Competition on the Internet" as a result of her doctoral studies conducted at Istanbul Kültür University Social Sciences Institute.

Güzide Soydemir's main areas of expertise are corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, media and advertising law, internet media and domain name disputes, contract law, competition law, employment law, construction and real estate law. She also represents clients in legal and commercial disputes before state courts and arbitration panels, and serves as an expert witness and bankruptcy commissioner in the field of commercial law.

Güzide Soydemir is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and speaks English.
